work station Monday

Apparently, today is the chance to show off your workstation and surroundings on your blog. Here's my little corner. And our deck which is much colder than it looks today. The birdfeeder shown in the photo normally has two or three squirrels hanging off it, but I was just entertained watching them get ripped off by the hurricane winds outside.

So cozy! (And you have no idea how pathetic your snow makes our earthstopping 5 inches of Arkansas snow look!)

Oh my word. How lovely. I suppose the landscape looks prettier if one can't hear the wind screaming outside. : )

I love the view, too! I wish my desk was going the other way...but there's nothing I can do.

What a great view to look at while working - I don't think I could keep my eyes from the window! :-)

Oh wow, such a wonderful view. :-) And your desk is so tidy.

Amazing view! I wish I could position my desk by the window, but if I did that I'd stare outside all the time and get nothing done. Your view is also a tad more inspiring than mine. :-)

Terry--What a beautiful view you have! My view is a blank wall--which I keep saying I'll hang something on--someday! Thanks for sharing!

What a nice place to work and such a spacious view--- not a neighbor in site unlike where I am in L.A.

A nice way to contemplate, gazing out at that view. And to be distracted, by those squirrels ;)

Love the view! Makes me feel at home. I love snowy scenes. :) Good thing you are not writing steamy romances set in Alabama. :)

Love that view. Very inspiring and inviting. And you can head out for a romp when you need to clear your head.

You have a blog award waiting!

So nice and neat! I wouldn't want to post a picture of my desk right now. I also love the view, looks like a nice place to day dream and to write about dog sleds.

So, should I hate you now that I know how beautiful the view is and how lovely the tongue and groove board on your walls is?

It is fabulous, Terry! You are one lucky duck!

Colder than it looks?! How does a snow covered landscape in Alaska look less cold? LOL

So now we know where the magic happens. No wonder you're always running off to do something outside. It's a wonder you can sit at that desk more than five minutes with the wilderness calling you. Of course that wind chill would make me listen a little closer to the call of the heated blanket--but that's me. ;-)

It looks so warm inside and so cold outside -- the perfect recipe for cozy.

Those are some sweet views! This "show off your work station" photo opp day has me thinking that my bed/cozy chair/third car garage non office are not the happening places. I need to pick a spot and plant it.
