I have much to be thankful for:
my job
my dogs
my home
my health
my family
my ability to smell when the milk is about to turn. It's a gift really.
and the most recent huge thing I'm thankful for, I can't talk about yet. Please stay tuned.

Happy Thanksgiving! I think you Canadians are much smarter about Thanksgiving than we do in the US. For one thing, it's actually at harvest time, not the middle of winter.
Ours is so late that it merges with Christmas. But because we're expected to travel on both holidays--during the worst travel weather of the year--life becomes a nightmare. Sometimes I wish I could just take off to another planet from Oct 31-Jan 2.
