Awww those pics of the husky puppies are adorable! Hehe I would have thought a 'snub line' was a line someone says when they want to ignore another person. You learn something new every day! I like the new site- clean and easy to navigate - great job.

Many years ago when I was a college student, I worked at a summer Litearcy camp for inner city students. The teacher (I was her "student helper" at the time) did an awesome unity on dog sledding. I can't remember the name of the book she used, but to see those kids exctited about something that they are unlikely to experience first-hand, showed me the power of literacy and the power of a good book! I wish we could have had a visit from an "Alaskan Husky"!

Love the site! "Musher," I didn't know that about why they were called that. Interesting!

The pics are great, Terry!

Website looks fantastic Terry!

We used to have a musher in town who would travel to schools with his dogs. The kids loved it!

Great sites and a great give a way! I would love to win those books. We see dog boxes in the back of pick up trucks around here, too, but they don't have huskies in them, they have hunting dogs in them.

Terry I love the website!

I actually played at being a musher before for a newspaper story I wrote. It was far from traditional dogsled country in northeastern Pennsylvania. It was fun and the dogs were beautiful.
