Interviews, Skype, and my poor dog

With three new releases this year, plus battling a major health issue (a tick-borne illness from the Writing Barn in Austin, Texas last February) I haven't been able to do any kayak expeditions at all. We've been on zero trips - so no awesome photos to share. But I hope in the future I'll be back to normal.

In the absence of awesome photos, here are some other awesome things:

1.  I now have new SKYPE dates for the fall - filling fast! These are all free this year, but when the   slots are gone, they're gone.

2.  Myself and Christine Krones, editor for the SURVIVOR DIARIES, were interviewed for Publisher's Weekly along with Lauren Tarshis for her I SURVIVED series.
                                                          (yes, this actually happened!)

3. Here's my interview for School Library Journal where I talk about growing up with a reserved family, living off-grid, and more.

4. COMING SOON -- I'll be unveiling the film debut of my next LIVE ACTION trailers for                  Falcon Wild and Sled Dog School.

5.  Not quite awesome thing: my dog cut both front pads of her feet so badly she needed stitches. This is what she thinks about the situation

Featured at Edited to Within an Inch of My Life

Please join me in the conversation over at Heather Kelly's blog, Edited to within an inch of my life. She's asked me great interview questions and done an amazing job with all the links. I'm very lucky to be the Friday Feature.

Interview for Dogsled Dreams

Please check out my first interview for my debut novel Dogsled Dreams. Here.

Not due out until 2011, but Jessica over at Shut Up I'm Reading offered to give me an interview discussing the process. Her blog is always a great read full of bookish information and succinct reviews. I'm honoured to be there.
